Thursday is my weekly TOPS meeting and I am going to try and post my weekly results after weighing in. After one week in TOPS, I weighed in at the same weight as last week. My group calls it a "Turtle".

Kinda a fun term....though when I hear the term turtle, all I can think of is turtle sundaes....must be the diet. :)
So how do you like TOPS? Do you like the people? How long is the meeting? We have a lot of groups here I noticed. Maybe I could do it too. But I don't know if I can get away for the meetings:(
